1. What data facturaix handles
facturaix does not require sign-up or a user account. The data you enter (issuer name, client details, concepts, prices, notes) is used only to generate the invoice you request, and for nothing else.
2. Local storage in your browser
To avoid losing your work, facturaix automatically saves a draft invoice, your client book, and your recent history in your own browser's local storage (localStorage). This data never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings.
3. AI-powered invoice generation
When you use the AI generator, the text you describe is sent to our backend, which processes it through the OpenAI API to extract concepts, prices, and client data. That text is used solely to respond to your request; facturaix does not use it for advertising or sell it to third parties.
4. Cookies and analytics
facturaix does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools in the application.
5. PDF download
Your invoice PDF is generated directly in your browser and downloaded to your device. facturaix does not keep a copy of generated PDFs on its servers.
